William Johns
Mr. Johns brings over thirty years of experience to the UtiliCoor team. He is a licensed Civil Engineer and has a breadth of experience in the planning, design, management, and construction of pipelines, structures, and petroleum transportation systems. His career includes working for heavy civil contractors, public agencies, utility stakeholders, and private design firms in positions including Field Engineer, Design Lead, Project Manager, and Construction Manager. Mr. Johns has been actively involved in the coordination of utilities with major civil development projects providing insight to both utility stakeholders and the project owner. He has been instrumental in coordinating multiple utility owners to work together in planning, designing and constructing relocations in order to meet project schedules and avoid excessive costs to the impacted parties. Mr. Johns’ capabilities include cost estimating, scheduling, and managing design and construction. Additionally, he provides guidance and direction in the coordination of Right of Way, Permitting, and government agencies. Mr. Johns is an active member of the Common Ground Alliance (CGA) where he has served on the Board of Directors and is currently on the Best Practices Committee.
